The Builders Society
Open to every member in District 7 who wants to join the rebuilding efforts for our district. A special pin designed to identify those that are helping in this work will be awarded throughout the year.
Area Director Club Visits
Area Club Visits Completed 30 day prior to due date will receive a $25 TI Gift Certificate
Build One New Club Project
A Division Director Incentive, for every potential new club that makes it to Launch/Demo meeting their names will be added to a leader board on the d7 website. All that charter by June 30, 2025, the New Club will receive a TI $200 Gift Certificate and a New Club Kit. Wait there is more, the Division Director who gets the new club chartered will receive a $100 TI Gift Certificate to spend however they choose.
Corporate Club Builds
Corporate Club Builds will receive Seven (7) copies of Pat Johnson’s Club Building for Corporate Clubs Book to be distributed to all new Club Officers.
DTM Incentive
Members who achieve DTM status by April 30, 2025 will be recognized in social media and be awarded a DTM medallion at the Annual Conference.
Two Paths Completion
Members who complete two Pathways by April 30, 2025 will receive a Clip on Ring Light (or equivalent value) and receive recognition at the Annual Conference.
President’s & Select Distinguished Clubs
Clubs who reach President’s Distinguished status by April 30, 2025, will be awarded $100 Toastmasters Gift Certificate
Clubs who reach Select Distinguished status by April 30, 2025, will be awarded a $50 Toastmasters Gift Certificate.
Fall Renewals
A Toastmasters branded webcam, #6962 @ $48.00, for clubs that
Are in GOOD STANDING as of Monday 8/19 AND
Renew their base AND
NUMBER OF BASE RENEWALS appears on the dashboard by September 16 start of day.
COMPLETED
All 7 Club Officers Trained Round 1 by 8/31/24
COT 7 of 7 will receive $35 worth of merchandise from the TI store. Purchase orders must be received by October 31, 2024.

All 7 Club Officers Trained Round 2 by 2/28/25
COT 7 of 7 will receive $35 worth of merchandise from the TI store. Purchase orders must be received by April 30, 2025.
Division Director Club Officer Training
Division Directors who increase COT from 2/1/2025 to 2/28/2025 by 30% will earn $50 reimbursement for their Division contest space.
New Club Charters
All New Club Chartered by June 30, 2025, will receive a banner and bag.
New Club Leads
The first five (5) Club Leads that become Chartered Clubs during the Smedley, Talk Up Toastmasters, Beat the Clock or LinkedIn Campaign will receive $100 TI gift certificate.
PRM Challenges
Many Toastmasters will tell you that they joined Toastmasters after learning about the organization from a friend or acquaintance. Are you the link that will introduce someone to Toastmasters? This incentive offers a different quarterly challenge to get the word out within your personal community regarding Toastmasters. Be the personal touch to introduce people in your circle to Toastmaster.
All entries will be put into a random drawing. First prize Toastmaster branded duffel bag. Two second place prizes of Toastmaster 100-year keychains. Three third place prizes 100-year pens. Also, you may be mentioned in Voices! magazine.
Display Your Merch Summer Challenge
July 15 – August 15
Display your Merch
Do you have a certificate from Pathways or a speech contest you could display in your cubicle? Do you own a Toastmaster pin, t-shirt, or mug? Put your Toastmaster stuff on display and people will be asking you about Toastmasters. Take a pic of your merch on display and send it to

to be entered.
Social Media Fall Challenge

Take a pic from one of your meetings and post it on your personal social media – Facebook, Linked in, etc. Print screen and send to prm@d7toastmasters.org to be entered.
Personal Invitation Winter Challenge
January 15 – February 15
Personal Invitation
Tailor an invitation (by text, email, etc.) to a club meeting for someone you know. For example an upcoming meeting theme is “pets” invite your friend who has the rescue dogs. Send us a copy or pic of your text, email, etc. to
prm@d7toastmasters.org to be entered.
Flyer Posting Spring Challenge

Flyer Posting
Do you visit a coffee shop, library, or other public space that allows people to post community events/etc? Create a flyer for your club and post it. If you do not know how to create a flyer, reach out to your club coach or Area Director. If you still need assistance, please contact the district PRM. Take a pic of the posted flyer and send it to prm@d7toastmasters.org to be entered.
