Toastmasters District Executive Committee (DEC) meetings are open only to 2025-26 appointed and elected District officers. The voting members of the DEC are:
- District Director (DD)
- Program Quality Director (PQD)
- Club Growth Director (CGD)
- Immediate Past District Director (IPDD)
- All Division Directors
- All Area Directors
- Public Relations Manager (PRM)
- Financial Manager
- Administrative Manager
Attendance by others is by invitation only and limited to those who have specific business to conduct with the committee.
