Contest Town Hall Q & A

We are launching a new speech contest format to boost participation, reduce the number of separate events, and build more excitement for everyone.  By combining the Area & Division contests into two events each for Northern and Southern regions of the District, we focus the need for contest functionaries to these four events which will be organized centrally (rather than weeks and weeks of separate contests, with multiple requests to support as a judge or other functionary).
