More About Us
District 7, operational since 1940, is one of 126 Toastmaster districts worldwide. Geographically, it includes Oregon west of the Cascades to the coast, a small part of Southern Washington and Northern California. In Washington state District 7 includes the counties of: Klickitat, Skamania, Clark, Wahkiakum and Cowlitz. In California District 7 includes the counties of: Del Norte and Modoc.
District 7 is divided into multiple divisions:
A – Southern Division – Southern Oregon, Southern Willamette Valley, Central and Southern Coast
B – Central Division – Central Oregon, Columbia Gorge, Central Willamette Valley
C – Willamette Division – Downtown Portland, East Metro, Southeast Metro
D – Sunset Division – West Metro Area
E – Northern Division – North Portland, Washington, Columbia River to North Coast

Standard Operating Procedures
The following standard operating procedures are for District 7 in places where the district has specific authority to make decisions.
Vouchers for reimbursements must be submitted via Concur within 60 days of the expense. All expense reports must be submitted prior to July 15th of the new Toastmaster year (July 1 – June 30) for any expense incurred in the prior Toastmasters year.
