Tentative date for Southern Divisions Contest

The proposed date for the Division A and Division B contest.  Location in either Roseburg or Eugene.

We are implementing a new model for the contests this year.  They will be organized by Division and run concurrently, so there will be less travel and work for everyone.  More details forthcoming as the Contest Chair and Chief Judge* are chosen and locations are confirmed.  For now, please hold these dates on your calendar for contests.
