Tentative date for northern D7 Area Contests

The proposed date for the Areas in Divisions E, D, C and the northern part of Division B.   Location will be in Portland metro area.

We are implementing a new model for the contests this year.  They will be organized by Division and run concurrently, so there will be less travel and work for everyone.  More details forthcoming as the Contest Chair and Chief Judge* are chosen and locations are confirmed.  For now, please hold these dates on your calendar for contests.
