               9. The Denial File.
               Whenever convenient, candidates take a position that shows the opposite of their track record.
               All of which causes voters to be distrusting and dubious of other statements.


               10. Broken Promises.
               When is the voter manipulated into the belief that any promise made will be carried out?
               Often it sounds good but impossible to implement. What would happen if a promise had to be
               sworn in and notarized as in a contract with the electorate? Failure to carry out 3/4 of promises
               made would prohibit the candidate from running for office again.


               As it plainly states in The Mikado, “Let the Punishment fit the Crime!”
