r Shinn—Division E Member of the Month

I nominate Char Shinn for two important reasons: 1) when
I first joined Milwaukie Talkies, I found Char to be a ray of
sunshine. She was welcoming, smiling, and
accommodating---she made my first meeting a truly
positive experience. 2) In January we had a silent auction
to raise funds for the club, Char went above and beyond
the call of duty to make the event a success. She is a
generous and supportive person to boot. For the above
reasons, I nominate Char Shinn as an outstanding member of the month. Charlotte
Shinn joined Toastmasters in 2011.
