The VP Education is one of the most important roles in a club. The vice president educa-
tion is the second ranking club officer. A good VP Education knows the individual goals of
the members and helps them to achieve them. This occurs by planning, organizing and
directing a club program that meets the educational needs of the individual members.

In this panel discussion panelists will provide answers to questions surrounding the chal-
lenges frequently faced by VPs of Education. The open nature of this session will allow
topics to be tailor-made to the needs of the audience.

In this session you will learn:
· How to overcome challenges facing your role
· How to encourage members to complete educational awards
· How to put your unique stamp on this role
