How to Wow Your Audience by Breakout Sessions - 9:30-10:30am
Mind-Mapping Your Content

presened by Mike Goss, DTM

Rm 115

As you prepare the content for your next speech, you’ll start out by brainstorming topics and
proof points. Most people use this process: 1. decide on the topic, 2. make a list of points,
3. write the content in the order of the points you listed. The outcome: a speech rich in
content, but a little disjointed.

There’s a better way: visual brainstorming, also known as Mind Mapping.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this energetic TLI session:
• Why mind-mapping matters. How mind-mapping empowers you to enrich your

    audience.
• How mind-mapping works as a high-speed tool to organize rich content.
• How to apply mind-mapping to develop the content of your next presentation.

You will leave with tools that will help you make a bigger positive dent in the universe, by the
way you present your rich content.
