                                                      Collaborating with Difficult People

                                  Are there people in your life who drive you nuts? You dread being around them because
                                  they seem to push all your buttons? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then
                                  this is the session for you.

                                  In this interactive session you will
                                  •	 Discover six different personality types
                                  •	 Why they act the way they do
                                  •	 Strategies for dealing with each type

                                  At the end of the session, you will walk away armed with knowledge that can help you
                                  tame the most difficult people and get them collaborating with you on your next project.

                                  About the Presenter
                                  Phyllis Harmon has been a Toastmaster for almost nine years. She has served in all
                                  club officer roles and been a charter member of four clubs. She is currently serving
                                  as Immediate Past District Governor, Club Treasurer for three clubs, Wallmasters
                                  International, Storymasters, and Toastmasters for Speaking Professionals, and club
                                  president of Daylighters. Additionally, she is the 2015-16 District 7 Educational
                                  Coordinator, and the publisher of District 7’s premier, online magazine Voices!. She is
                                  currently working towards her third DTM, which she plans to complete by the end
                                  of April.
