About the presenters
Beth has built a career through adaptability and fun. She’s worked across a variety of
fields including construction, healthcare, technology, and sports apparel. She brings her
whole self into everything she does. She discovered her superpower in life; authenticity

practiced with integrity. She’s excited to help people connect with their true selves - the
“you” that’s been hiding inside all along.

Theo is a technology and business leader who is providing expertise and direction

for cutting-edge technology initiatives, and he likes to talk about it. Ask him what
cutting-edge tech he is working on, and how it makes an impact on society. Obviously,
he found his passion. Theo advocates for everyone to find their professional passion, it
will lead to your days being more fulfilling, productive and results in more happiness

and well-being. Theo is a member of PMI Portland Toastmasters in Portland, Oregon.
