Welcome to 2024 and the second quarterly edition of Voices! This year is super exciting
as it marks the 100th anniversary of Toastmasters existence. While no one alive today
attended that first meeting in 1924, we all can appreciate how Toastmasters has grown as
an organization over the last 100 years.

With that thought in mind, I hope you’ll take the opportunity to think about what goals
you want to achieve this year as a Toastmaster. In my column, I share some ideas that
may spark your imagination for taking your Toastmasters journey to the next level.

Also, we will be looking back at last year’s Toastmasters International Conference that EDITORIAL
was held in the Bahamas. Hopefully this exciting event will give you a warm tropical
feeling during these cold winter months. Divisions G and H will also be spotlighted with
news from those areas in District 7. We hope you enjoy all the articles in this issue and
have a very prosperous and Happy New Year!
