An easy way to gain experience crafting
and giving feedback lies right in your
Competent Communication (CC) manual.
Simply make several copies of the evaluation
forms found at the end of each project in the
CC manual. Each week, for a couple of weeks,
choose a different form to fill out for each speaker.
This will help train your eyes, ears and mind to
look for specific items to evaluate. After just a
