Polk—Division I Member of the Month
Joe has been absolutely amazing since he joined our RAT
in Dec,2014. He is a very experienced TM and has been for
quite some time. Joe stepped right up into positions that
our club needed filled desperately! We were litterly going
out of business! He has become an officer of our board,
worked diligently with the me(president)to get our group
back on track! We are now looking as professional as any
club I have been in and our membership has almost
doubled! Without Joe stepping into a leadership roll I don't think RAT would still be
here and that is a fact! I would love to see him receive this award as he has definitely
put his knowledge and time to make our club successful for our community to have!

From nanoseconds on a computer to hours in a day, every activity
is timed. Commute time, lunch time, bus time, game time, lesson
time, school time, meeting time – it’s all measured. It’s all on a
schedule. We measure the time it takes to do every little thing,
from the moment we’re born to the moment we die. We know
how long it all takes. But the question is – do we measure
how well all that time is used? (Eric Winger, 2012)
