Planning: Big Picture and quarterly goals (workshop), 6:30pm-8:00pm
We’ve heard through the 2022-2023 Toastmaster Year, District Director Lorri Andersen talk about the “12 week year” – something she learned from a book by that name written by Brian Moran.

For over a decade, Portland Progressives Toastmasters Club has heard Ellen say, “When you miss a deadline it impacts others’ work. Which throws off the timeline goals. Can you see the timeline?”

Ellen Ino will lead participants through Planning. Setting the Big Picture Goals. Knowing the deadlines we cannot change. Then creating the timeline with benchmark goals – aka quarterly goals – aka “the 12 week year.” This training will tie directly into Developing the Club Success Plan.

Because he has seen Ellen Ino perform this training over and over again through the years, 2022-2023 PQD Jim Robison will allow participants (both in person or online) to receive credit toward their Club Officer training requirements.
