District 7 Council’s Business Meeting 2022

Voting Members – Only voting members of the District Council are permitted to participate in the meeting:  D7 Director, D7 Program Quality Director, D7 Club Growth Director, D7 Public Relations Manager, D7 Administration Manager, D7 Finance Manager, all D7 Division Directors, D7 Immediate Past District Director, all D7 Area Directors, all D7 Club Presidents and all D7 Vice-Presidents of Education.

Non-Voting Members – The following people will be allowed to attend the meeting via Zoom but will not have votes unless they’re also on the Council:  All D7 committee chairs and appointed D7 leadership.  For example D7 Parliamentarian, D7 Credentials Chair, Prison Club Liaison, D7 Zoom Master Team Leader, et al.

Proxy voting will not be allowed. You must register via the Zoom link emailed to you prior to joining the meeting.

The 2022 Business meeting will be livestreamed to D7 Facebook page for all non-voting members who are not helping run the Zoom meeting.
