This is a the Toastmasters Leadership Institute make-up session for Club Treasurer. A minimum of four club officers must attend training twice per year to qualify for Distinguished Club goal # 9.

Course will cover:


  • Oversee accounts
  • prepare a club budget
  • Report on budget and bank account as needed at club meetings
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Collect membership dues
  • Provide documents to the Club Audit Committee at the end of the year

Role of Treasurer

  • manage club bank account
  • pay club bills
  • submit membership dues
  • present club financial reports
