This is a the Toastmasters Leadership Institute make-up session for Club Treasurer. A minimum of four club officers must attend training twice per year to qualify for Distinguished Club goal # 9.
Course will cover:
- Oversee accounts
- prepare a club budget
- Report on budget and bank account as needed at club meetings
- Reconcile accounts
- Collect membership dues
- Provide documents to the Club Audit Committee at the end of the year
Role of Treasurer
- manage club bank account
- pay club bills
- submit membership dues
- present club financial reports
