James Wantz, DTM served as a Pathways Guide, visited many clubs, conducted numerous trainings, and created 23 videos about Pathways for the District 7 YouTube channel. In 2018, he took on the role of Pathways Coordinator to continue to help clubs transition to the new educational program. Regardless of whether you attended TLI online or not, this training will increase your understanding of the Club Officer Position of Sergeant-At-Arms.

This training session will include all aspects of the responsibilities of the Sergeant-at-Arms, from a functional as well as a leadership position. In many ways this is the most important entry level leadership position in a club. If executed in a quality manner you will gain tremendous insight into club operations as well as gain exposure to the need for quality leadership development. We will discuss how your function supports the Club, -how building an SAA team will help develop other members, and the significance of you developing leadership skills for future leadership positions.

This training will support the quality execution of your Clubs Success Plan.
