This training is two fold; we will cover club officer training and Pathways.

We are using the meeting space for the Essayons Club. They meet in the First floor lobby Fireside Conference Room. You can ask at the security desk for directions.

The building is located between 1st and s2nd Avenue at a MAX stop. You can also enter the building from the other side at 308 SW 2nd Ave. (Think of it as a front and back door, each with its own address.)

This is an invitation to a meeting to help us plan the contest, and discuss ways we can promote area clubs in this event. Attached is a sample contest script that we can use to fill contest roles. The meeting will be immediately following the Liberty Toastmasters meeting at Eola Inn, from 10 am to 12 pm. We are looking for lots of enthusiasm to make this a memorable event. The Area 41/42 Evaluation and International Speech Contest is scheduled for Saturday, 2/23/2019, from 1 pm to 4 pm at Chemeketa Community College, Building 8, Room 201.

Club officer training will be held on February 13th at the Griffith Park Building, 4755 SW Griffith Drive, BeavertonOR 97005. The training will begin shortly after 6pm and end around 8pm. We are planning an interactive audience discussion on Pathways followed by an overview of the club officer roles and Q and A with the audience.  Since the training begins shortly after the workday ends, we ask that you bring your favorite snacks to share.

Please do not park in the shopping center parking lot next door. The building is secured. You will need to buzz the front door to gain entrance.

To all District 7 Club Officers 2018/2019 and other curious Toastmasters members,

Join us for Club Officer Training on the evening of Tuesday, February 19th!  If you missed the officers’ training at Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) – Mid Course Correction this past January, this is your chance to attend a make-up training sponsored by the Willamette Division and earn credit towards the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) for your club. The training will cover each of the Club Officer roles as well as the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).

Date: Tuesday, February 19th

Time: Meet and greet between 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm; training starts at 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm.
