Other than selecting the best speakers to represent our areas, our goal is to get this contest completed within 2 hours, or less. Given that we might have up to 16 contestants in total, to achieve the two-hour completion goal, we need your help. Here’s what you can do to help all of us:
Contestants check-in starts at 9:20 am. All contestants must check-in no later than 9:45 am, failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Drawing of the order of presentations for contestants is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Judges, Ballet Counter, Timer, etc.
Briefing for volunteers starts at 9:45 am. All volunteers please plan to be at the location a few minutes early.
Call for Volunteers:
Our ideal scenario would be to have a judge from each club to ensure equal representation in the judging of the contests. If you can and are willing, please contact the organizer to volunteer. We promise that we will be done by 12:00 noon.
PS: Area 32 & 33 covers Corvallis, Lebanon, and Newport.
