Northern Division Humorous and Table Topics Contest @ Washington State University Vancouver Campus

The contest will be held in room  VDEN 129. Everyone is encouraged to bring snacks. Contestants should plan to arrive by 6:45, unless you tell me otherwise. The contest will get underway as soon as all our participants are present. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Eldridge Broussard will energize the afternoon with his dynamic presentation style. Sharing principles learned as a John Maxwell facilitator as well as from his own personal journey, Eldridge will show you how to achieve your goals and become a better YOU.

Vicariously join the best of D7 Toastmasters as they compete in Table Topics and Humorous Speaking. Be amazed at how coherently and succinctly the Table Topics contestants can think on their feet and respond without prior preparation!  Enjoy nine of the funniest Toastmasters speeches this year, heard only in District 7!  Fill out mock judges ballots and see how good you are at picking winners!

You will have lots of opportunities to interact with fellow D7 Toastmasters. Share learning experiences, discover best practices, and gain valuable insights.

Plus, you can win door prizes (including three free regisrations to the Spring Conference!)

To qualify as a Distinguished Area (or better), first-round Area Governor reports MUST be submitted to Toastmasters Internationaln not later than November 30, 2014. Please help your area become Distinguished by welcoming your Area Governor’s club visit. If Halloween comes around and you haven’t been able to schedule a visit from your Area Governor, please reach out to me. Let’s work together to make District 7 BIGGER, BOLDER, and BETTER!
