Procedure to Update Member Information Online

- Go to http://www.toastmasters.org/
- Click on Member Contact Info Changes under the Member
QuickLinks on the right side of the page.
- Fill in your first and last name along with your club
number. Don’t worry about your member id unless you have it handy. If
you belong to multiple clubs—you should make sure to update the
information for each of those clubs.
- Select to update all four items: Address, Email, Phone, and
Last Name. Even if you are sure the information has not
changed—it’s a
good idea to fill in all the fields so that the system is updated. At
the very least, update your email address. The email is the most
critical item!!
- Click on Continue
- Fill in the updated information.
- Click on Submit Changes
- The next screen says Member Updates Submitted. Thank You!
- If this information is for one of your club officers –
Please email the change details to Scott Stevenson at
Directory@D7Toastmasters.org
You’re done! It’s that easy. Make sure to complete this
process anytime your information might change!!
