Policies and Guidelines

For Organizations Requesting a Speaker:

  1. Our presentations are offered to the community at no cost. However, groups wishing to grant honorariums in appreciation for our services, make them to District 7 Toastmasters.
    Make checks out to:
    District 7 Toastmasters
    Mail to:
    District Treasurer

Please note: speaking engagements negotiated directly between your organization and the speaker, without the services of the Speakers Bureau Manager, may require compensation for the speaker.

  2. Certificates, Letters of Appreciation or any means to document a speaker's appearance before an organization are encouraged.

  3. After hosting a speaker, the host organization is asked to return a feedback form. Hard copies of the form may be provided by the speaker. An online form is available; simply click here.

  2. Speakers must be a CTM or above.
